The martial art of Taekwon-do is excellent for fitness, self-defence and discipline. 
It can improve flexibility and raise confidence in people of all ages.

Fairwater School of Taekwon-Do in Cardiff, South Wales is run by Senior Master Michael Prewett VIII Dan.

We train at Fairwater Leisure Centre, Off Waterhall Road, Fairwater, Cardiff.
Training is on Tuesdays and Thurdays.
Juniors: 6.30 - 8.00pm; Seniors: 8.00 - 9.30pm
